Hello there. I nominated you for the Very Inspiring Blog Award. I love the humor in these comics, Lard too. And the graphics are really cute and pudgy. Maybe Lard can tell us 7 things about himself? πŸ™‚ http://usabelgium.wordpress.com/2013/04/15/very-inspiring-blog-award/

Sir, I love your comic strips. I especially love your characters. Your cast is brilliantly intelligent in many ways. Under their cuteness and their silyness, your cast often carry a powerful message with them. Some of your characters are sometimes portrayed pondering on life and its many meanings. It’s great! It makes me laugh! A lot. And it makes me think too. A lot. Nowadays, both laughs and thoughts are hard to come by in the same page. It deserved some praise!

Cheers to you, sir!… and Long Live Lard!

Thank you very much for your fantastic comment! Sometimes when I post a comic, I feeling like I’m launching it into some sort of internet-void. So, knowing that people are looking and enjoying the stuff I’m working on makes it all worthwhile! As silly as they can be, I try to be as honest as I can with the comics and they often feature ideas and thoughts that occupy my mind on frequent basis. My work is a kind of a creative extension of my thinking process. I hope to continue learning and exploring ideas for as long as possible, and all this good feedback helps out a lot! So once again, thank you for your kind words and good luck with your creative journey too!
